«Madrid is small, reachable from everywhere. A bit too close to congress and “Sol Square” riots area, avoid during political tense times. All over I usually stay there.»

«Hygelig hage. Utmerket frokost med friskpresset juice! Høy kvalitet på maten»

«We stayed at Tribu Malasaña for four nights and had a fantastic experience. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect, you have everything you need right outside the door, and Gran Vía is only a 10-minute walk away. The only downside is that the soundproofing between the apartments and the hallway is quite poor. We were woken up several times during the nights. There were ...

«Sentralt til alt. God service.»

«I had a very good stay here. The best part was the central location, and easiness to get everywhere. I also really liked the coffee, drinks and fruits/cookies at the top floor - very nice and convenient. The people at reception were very helpful. The only two minuses were that there was a bit of noise from the street into the room (in the third floor, facing the main street), and the fact that it took a while for anyone to arrive at reception on the day I got there. Bor her gjerne igjen.»

Unfortunately, the service falls short of the standard the surroundings suggest. At times, the hotel feels as though it is being run by a management team with limited experience in operating a four- or five-star property. A few things stood out: Staff and service: Staff often seemed unsure of their roles, and there was a ...

«I had made a booking mistake and needed to move the booking to another date. The hotel had available rooms on the alternative date, but showed no customer service. You don’t want to come in a situation where you need service and flexibility in Icon Embassy Madrid. »

Anbefales!»
