Antalya Aqualand Dolphinland

Reise vår var på en uke. Vi var 2 voksne og en 4 åring. Velkomsten var veldig bra. Vi ble godt tatt i mot. Rommet var stor, men gammel og slit. Det var generelt hele hotellet ,en gammel hotell. Renhold var også ikke helt topp. Lå noen nøtteskall under sengen og bordet. Var familievennlig og hadde fine bassenger. Stor barne lekeplass utendørs og innadørs. Søndager hadde entertainere fri og det var ingen show som var ulempen. Var helt grei hotell trenger oppussing. 4,5 stjerne 🌟

We stayed here as a family of four and had both positive and negative experiences. The biggest highlight was the food. The selection was excellent, the quality was consistently high, and there was something for everyone. The staff also deserve a lot of praise. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely did their best to make our stay enjoyable. We rented a private beach cabana for €180 for one day, and for us it was worth every euro. It gave us a quiet place to relax without competing for sunbeds among thousands of guests. On the downside, the hotel feels like a large holiday factory. There are long queues, crowded areas, and little personal service. Although the hotel is clean, it is starting to show its age. The rooms are dark and dated and do not match the bright photos used in the hotel’s advertising. The small shops inside the resort are also extremely overpriced. Our biggest disappointment was the taxi situation. The hotel appears to allow only certain taxis to operate while others are driven away. We were charged €70 for a 15-minute ride that normally costs around €15. The drivers also refused to accept card payment, despite this being a legal requirement in Turkey. We believe the hotel should do more to protect its guests from such practices. Overall, the food and staff were excellent, but we felt the hotel was focused on maximizing revenue from tourists. We visit Turkey twice a year, but unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel.
