We looked inside and the room was clean and ready, since no text yet we decided to get into the pool and again wait for her text. ...

«We paid for a waterfront stay “just steps away from the beach”. Our room was across the street and down a road from the beach facing the opposite direction. Definitely either the description is incorrect or they gave us the wrong room but not what we paid for and expected.»
