Toes in the Water is located four houses from the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Easy, breezy beach access is yours to enjoy with no streets to cross!

The main living space is highlighted with tropical pool views from double sliding doors in the living and dining rooms. The bright kitchen overlooks a dining room with seating for eight and additional chairs at the kitchen counter. The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather and enjoy the pool view.

Our four bedroom vacation home has two king master suites, a guestroom with two twin beds and guest room with a set of bunk beds ( twin over full). Each bedroom includes comfortable bedding, beachy décor and a TV and features crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

With plenty of loungers and patio furniture, the sparkling, heated pool will be your favorite spot to relax with your family. The swim up Tiki bar adds to the fun! Challenge the family to a game of ping pong or cornhole while enjoying the Florida sunshine.

The poolside patio area hosts a dining table for eight for guests to enjoy a meal from the grill. Fire up the grill on the pool deck and dine al fresco.

Toes in the Water is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Absolutely perfect spot for a family getaway. Close to the beach and all that AMI has to offer. The house was spotless, the pool was so relaxing, and renting a golf cart to get around the island was the best decision. We’ll be back!

A few issues we had while there that we didn't necessarily take the time to reach out to property management because it is honestly annoying to have to deal with that while there.1. We were told one of the sliding glass doors leading out to the pool was off track and needed repair therefor making it unusable. We only had one door and the alarm was not working well and the outside disable function was not working so every time we entered from the outside the alarm would sound until we reached inside to silence it. This became very annoying during our stay.2. The property is made to sleep up to 8, we had 6 and there are only 6 beach chairs, 2 of which were old and broken so there were only 4 that we were able to use. Kind of puts a wrench in your enjoyment when we all wanted to use one and were on the beach for hours in them but had to share. 3. The 1st ensuite shower drained slow. The adults that stayed in that room mentioned that within a minute or 2 they were standing in an inch of water until finished with their shower.4. The 2nd ensuite bathroom, the toilet handle easily fell off (I know from experience that is an easy and cheap fix) so we were constantly trying to flush while preventing it from falling off.5. Lastly although this may seem like a minor inconvenience i am really not sure why a larger management group that owns likely many properties can't supply more TP and paper towels. The cost of staying for the week should include something like this.

This was our first time to Ann Maria Island. It was perfect! Exceeded our expectations! We loved this home. It was perfect for our family. Super clean, great pool, beach accessories and awesome beach access. Close to everything you would want. Our family rented bikes and had a blast!! We needed propane tanks for the grill as they were empty. Called the rental manger and they came out right away and hooked us up. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely be back.

Awesome place yet again

This is our second straight year staying in this house and it didn’t disappoint. We only had 5 people in our group but it could have easily slept 8 or more. House was clean and has all the great amenities. The pool is great and it’s a very short walk to get to the beach. We love this house and will stay here again for sure!

Island Time on AMI

Location Location Location 🏝️ This house is a MUST with a short walk to beach, restaurants and stores alike ! Love the layout of the bedrooms for our large family ! The pool , ping pong table and cornhole area are perfect for family entertainment . The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the HVAC system . The largest room in the house only has two vents and with the sliding glass doors and the sun setting in the West are a perfect recipe for HEAT 😓 We had to put a call in to the after hours emergency number and was met back with a swift and prompt call to let us know someone would be out. The young man who arrived in a very reasonable time ,was extremely professional and worked efficiently and swiftly to get us cooled back off ! All in All a great house 🏝️ ☀️ 🌊

Great Property

Great property and location, 1/2 block from the beach, easy walk to stores, restaurant. Would highly recommend this house. The only downfall would have to be the cleanliness, all tables had an inch of dust and floors were sticky. We had to clean the floors and wipe down all tables in the house.

Family Retreat

This was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island and it did not disappoint. The house was amazing! The location was great, very close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The pool was awesome, made for great afternoon fun while grilling. We enjoyed it so much we already booked it again for next year. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Nice place! Building next door!

Nice place but they are building s new house next door pounding and sawing from 8am to 6:30 everyday but Sunday. Someone should have let us know this , as we paid a good price to stay here.. Very loud!

This is our third time in Anna Maria and this house was the best so far. From being an ample floor plan, clean and comfortable beds, perfect set up outside and the best quality kitchen ware. The location also can’t be beat.

Perfect beach house

We were pleasantly surprised with how much space the house had (from the front of house it looks much smaller) but with 4 bedrooms & 3 baths it is quite roomy. Very clean with new updates and perfect walking distance to the beach, even shorter then if you were staying at a big resort. We rented a golf cart & had fun picking up pizza from pizza social (yum!) & eating on the beach, watching the beautiful sunset. The only suggestion I have is to change the alarm on the sliding glass door, I understand the safety & liability with having a rental pool but for guests who do not have young kids, it is a nuessence. It would have been a much more relaxing stay without having to worry about the alarm. Planting more trees along the fence to the neighbors would also be a good idea for more privacy. Overall it is a great rental, would recommend it to friends that aren’t looking for luxury but for a clean, well stocked beach house in a great location! We loved the low key vibe of the island & can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Stay During Tough Times!

Toes in the Water was the perfect getaway after spending months home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The house is very close to the beach, which makes it very easy to go back and forth if the beach is too crowded, or to enjoy it for just a quick dip. Every morning we went to the beach for walk, run or simply to have our coffee looking at the beach. The house is well equipped throughout and the pool is super nice, especially the in-pool table and umbrella! The location is also great for walking to shops, restaurants, and watersport rentals nearby. The house was clean, organize, and perfectly sized for our family of seven. The property manager, Anna Maria Island Accommodations, were beyond fantastic before, and during the rental. Every question, request, and/or repair needed were handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you for making this vacation perfect!

Great family getaway!

Toes in the water did not disappoint! Our family of 4 enjoyed an awesome week an Anna Maria Island. The house was ready at check in time. Everything was super clean and well stocked with kitchen and grill supplies, beach toys, chairs, towels and pool rafts. A Publix and CVS were just a short drive into town. We rented a golf cart from Robin Hood rentals at the end of the street and that was super convenient- not that you needed a golf cart. We walked to the beach daily. The beach was super close to the house! Daily golf cart rides into town to get ice cream at Dips, morning walks on the beach to look for seashells, and nightly trips back out to the beach to watch the most beautiful sunsets. We couldn’t have asked for a better week!

Charming and relaxing

We found this house during a last minute search to plan an unexpected vacation. What s find! The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The driveway and pool have just been re- bricked, and the interior was spotless and well laid out for our family. The location was great- 50 yards to the beach in one direction, 50 yards to small shops and restaurants in the other. And the 10pm noise curfew was nice for us as a family. The management company was exceptionally responsive- we called to let them know the blender was broken- 15 minutes later a new blender was delivered to the door. All in all a wonderful vacation spot!
