«We had a wonderful time. The unit is in a PERFECT location, a really nice part of the island. 2 minute walk from the beach, 5 min walk to Pine Ave where the shops and restaurants are. It has an old Florida feel to it. The condo is very spacious and has plenty of room for our family. I appreciated that the 3rd bedroom is separate, it gave our multi-generational family privacy/space when needed. We used the grill daily and loved eating on the upper deck. «Great location and was actually closer to the beach than we thought we would be. Unit was clean but there wasn't a dishwasher and we weren't given much soap. Had to laundry as only 1 towel was provided per person. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay - especially compared to the prices of surrounding houses.»

«This house is in an excellent location halfway between the bay and the gulf, on a street very close to dining, shopping, etc. and yet quiet. Took only four minutes to walk to coffee shop, eight minutes to the beach and restaurants. House was perfect for our family weekend vacation. We all enjoyed the pool. Washer/dryer on site was convenient. Check in was super easy with door code. Property was clean. Everything worked out well, no issues.»

«This house was perfect for our family with 3 young children. All of the extra pool and beach toys were a huge plus! The wagon, beach toys, umbrella and beach chairs were awesome! It was super close to Pine Ave which had everything! Amanda was very prompt in messaging me back when I had questions about check in. I would highly recommend this property!»

«We had an amazing stay at this Anna Maria Island rental. It was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out so everyone felt comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach as well as great restaurants and shops. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly felt at home the entire time.
