There is plenty of seating and loungers in the covered areas. Other features include pool table, connect 4, an outdoor shower and gas grill.There are 4 parking spaces designated for this property. The garage is not available to guests.This property is protected by video surveillance in the front parking and gate area.Optional pool heat up to 86º F is available from October to April at $150/week.Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
