The back yard has a private dock with a 10,000 pound boat lift with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico (no bridges). Guests can bring their own boat and tie up at the dock. A multitude of amenities include a five hole putting green on Astro Turf, pool and spa, outdoor kitchen near pool, private outdoor shower/changing room, ping pong table, fire pit, and much more. Just two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico beaches, it is an easy stroll with the provided beach cart and beach chairs.

The home is beautifully appointed inside and out. The ground level garage opens to the covered outdoor kitchen surrounded by bar stools and the beautifully landscaped back yard that leads to the canal. The back yard features the heated pool/spa, the canal side fire pit, dining area for six, a relaxing shaded hammock, a ping pong table, an outdoor hot/cold shower and changing room, and the five hole putting green with clubs and golf balls provided. In addition, boaters may bring their own boat and use the boat lift if their boat works with the current lift set-up. A bonus area at the dock includes a roll off and a ladder.

The breezy main level features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen - with new stainless steel appliances - that includes a chef prep sink station and a living area that fully opens via multi-slide glass doors to a large screened in porch with a lounging and dining space. This level also includes a powder room, laundry room, and an ensuite queen bedroom with entry to the porch. The porch has a dining area for eight with mini fridge and sink and a comfortable living area - all overlooking the back yard. Retractable shades provide as much privacy & shade as desired. Just outside the screened-in area is a sunning porch with lounge chairs and a staircase descending to the backyard.

The top level includes a luxurious master suite with a porch, two more king bedrooms, and a full bath. Ceiling fans are in every bedroom and living area on the property, including covered porches. The unscreened porch overlooks the back yard and is perfect for unwinding with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. From the porch, ascend the spiral staircase to the crow's nest on the roof for breathtaking 360 degree views of the bay and the gulf. The perfect place for a sunset!

Overall, there is approximately 1,600 SQ FT of covered outdoor living space, of which almost 500 SQ FT is screened in.

An elevator is available to take you from the beautifully landscaped ground level to the third floor.
