First of all, we didn't realize there was a big concert and another big festival going on in Medellin the same dates that we were in Medellin. We needed 4 rooms and hotels were outrageous (and we had no idea why). «We stayed here for my friend's bachelor party. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond for the things we needed even in the middle of the night. I can not say enough good things about the staff at the Mynt. The location is great as well as everything is within walking distance. The house though had some issues. «My stay at Haven hotel in Medelin was fantastic. All the staff was friendly and spoke English, for me that can't speak Spanish this is perfect. The room was clean, spacious and a big nice bathroom compared to other hotels. If you need a hotel in this earea of Medelin this should be you first choice. All nice bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Right across the street is a fantastic restaurant called Carmen. »
