«Nice clean hotel, located very close to Plaza d’Armas. All the staff members are very nice, helpful and friendly except for one lady with glasses, who works the reception in the evening. She was rude, always on her phone and acted like we were disturbing her. She even told me not to get was from the dining area even if the other receptionist in the morning said I could help myself. Other than this employee the others were so helpful. They even made me a breakfast box to go as I had to leave ...

«The rooftop space was really nice to hang out and take pictures. It’s covered so it’s nice. Rooms were clean, staff is very helpful and very nice. I will be staying there again shortly.»

«Staff was very nice and room was clean. It is a good location, close to the center and for those who intend to dine out at restaurants. Very unique building. We found that the room was very small for my wife and I and our luggage and there are no mini-fridge in the room to put your beverages or to refrigerate the food items we bought in the markets, etc. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy at night because our room was close to a terrace where people stayed up late.»

«Fantastic place! Great building, the room was very spacious and clean. Great staff. Very quiet area. Quite far from el centro, but very close to two of the best and most exclusive malls in the city, Unicentro and Jardín Plaza. Also lots of restaurants in the barrio (El Ingenio). »

«Room was adequate. There was a storm that passed through a few hours earlier and the power was out, they said it would be back on within 30 mins. It took a while to come back then was intermittent throughout the evening with a generator, not ideal for the need to charge things the night before our departure. The WiFi didn’t work (assuming due to the power) Beds were ok… pillows were rock hard. Not the best place to stay for more than 1 night»

The breakfast was a highlight of the stay—the food was fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options. Overall, a very comfortable place with excellent service that I would definitely recommend. »

«We had a wonderful 11 nights at a hotel that did all it could to provide us with much loved stay in Pereira. The location and amenities are perfect. From brekfast to nightsnacks it served us tastefully. The only minus was the stocking of the minibar, her we missed the non sugar options. »

«Staff were not great. Used the spa and the jacuzzi was dirty and cold. A lady of the spa came and asked me to leave because other people paid her to use a jacuzzi that shall be available to all the guests. Poor experience.!»
