«The communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The home is very spacious and our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. We enjoyed walks through the woods, the hot tub was a bonus, and the location was private, yet close to amenities. We had a few days of rain and liked the coziness when we lit the fire stove. We all agreed that we would love to stay again if we head out ...

«We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again.»

«Great first impression and comfortable house. The river where house was located was a bit of backwater-not the most scenic view of River and not the best fishing section. The sliding glass door did not slide well and was hard to open/shut especially for the kids, and thus got left open sometimes. All in all, a pleasant well-stocked place to stay.»
