«Our cruise dropped 1200 people into Papeete so the hotel was inundated with guests trying to check in all at once at 9am. The staff were patient and kind and did a great job to accommodate everyone. Even though check in is clearly stated as 3pm they did their best to get rooms ready early. Hotel was clean and comfortable and right across the street from the port »

«Cook’s Bay is one of the most wonderful places we’ve ever stayed, and we’ve stayed at many fantastic places around the world. The staff was amazingly nice. The rooms were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked. The showers were hot. The towels were first class. Most important for us was the amazing snorkeling right off the edge of the property and the amazing views of the beautiful mountains of Moorea. We saw sharks, turtles and rays along the beautiful coral reef ...

«The apartment was clean and well equipped. Beautiful beach close by. The only problem we had was that it was a bit noisy. At check in they said it would be some work next door on monday, for a couple of hours. That was fine. But on tuesday - without warning they started both on the roof and next door apartment at 07:45 in the morning. This went on for the whole day. Two times we had pieces (piece of wood and a bucket) falling down on our terrace where we were sitting. Luckily we were not hit. ...
