We only had one significant complaint - it was unbearably hot upstairs. We couldn't get the thermostat downstairs under 80 degrees, and upstairs felt even hotter. «Marlene was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. She is very quick to respond and made us feel right at home. Her home is fully equipped with everything a family needs - we were especially impressed by all of the things she had for kids! (Pack n play, toys, outside activities, games, etc.). «Let me just say this rental was way more than we could have expected. There were 9 in our party and we had plenty of room. The kids and young adults loved the downstairs and spent most of their time there. The two bathrooms were adequately stocked with towels and toiletries for us. The host reached out several times during our short two-day stay to make sure we had settled in and to make sure we didn't need anything!! The location was perfect not too far from anything. «the area was perfect, no noise, quiet neighborhood, you don't even know that you have neighbors, I stayed for the weekend with my wife, we went to the riverboat ride, and also the Cincinnati zoo , It was close to both, Restaurants all around, The Host Jeanne has a book detailing everything, The house itself, has hardwood floors and woodworking throughout the house, her flowerbed, is relaxing.
