«The rental looks beautiful as the pictures show. There is no cooktop or stove but the toaster oven and microwave are nice. The kitchen sink is small, it holds 4 glasses before it is full. The apartment appears clean and neat but my white socks were fairly dirty after walking across the floor. The beds are super comfortable. «Property owner upgraded mattress which was terrific. However the balcony views of the ocean are now blocked due to new construction. Two of the three open views in the listing are now completely obscured from new development. Maybe it is time to update photos to reflect actual balcony views. Condo has mildew in tub and sliding windows were dirty. Drapes were ripped at the bottom as well as the mesh on screen door. »

«The online description was spot on. We missed the part of the email that told us to print off parking pass before getting to the rental. We had to then find somewhere local to print it off. Turns out there was a laminated parking pass located in the unit we could have used. Prepare ahead for that!! Clean, quiet, quaint! Excellent excellent location!! Go to a public beach access, the beach at Seacrest was overrun and people are on top of each other. We love this spot for a cozy stay!! Suggestions ...
