I hate to leave this but it’s important for people to know… just pass on this if your looking. I saw the reviews and thought it is only one night i can handle that! What a disaster. First off the place is seriously mismanaged. The lady in front is nice but super stressed out with no help. Also we paid extra for a ocean view and they were sold out, we watched about 4 couples who did the exact same thing going through same thing as us. I should have knew something was up because as soon as we tried to check in and walked through front doors, there was customers already arguing with front desk. So it was late and we just went with a parking lot view and was told to come speak with manager in the morning. We went to our room and in the bathroom was a roach! We took a pic! The next morning we went to speak with the 2 managers and both were “off” that day! On top of that the girl in the front desk said she would refund about 16 dollars that we paid extra for the ocean view. And basically told us have a nice day! Also the coffee in the cafe is nasty and the one person working behind the counter is running around trying to do everything. I waited about ten minutes just to get a cup so i could pour coffee into it…4$ later terrible coffee and service all around … not the kind of place u wanna take your valentine, or family for that matter
