«We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room for our two families. The highlight of our trip was our time spent in their backyard. It is huge, we basically had our own snow park. We built our own snowball battle field and sledding track. The property was not too far from Soda Springs Ski resort and Sugar Bowl. «The property was beautiful. Everything yoiu would need was provided. It was off the beaten path so very quiet and woodsy. Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. Everyone staying there said the accomodations were beyond their expectations.»

«Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch!»

The property manager was good at communicating for the check in code...just the house was not clean at all which is interesting because I couldn’t check in earlier due to “extra cleaning” during covid. «We had the perfect weekend in Nevada City mostly thanks to Kelsey and her incredible hospitality. The house is super clean and very cute, and a short walk to downtown where all the restaurant are. Kelsey gave us a great list of recommendations and we end up doing a lot of activities from the list. «Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay.
