«Perfectly appointed. Owners thought of every little thing and found a good spot for it. Clean and comfortable I've already booked a return trip!»

«The space was fantastic, it stayed cool enough even on the very hot day/night we stayed. overall super comfy. All the amenities provided were great and functional, it was nice to enjoy a coffee on the patio/balcony.Barb was a fantastic host and being able to hear her story and meet the goats and the barn cat was definitely very fun.The location was not too far from Corning and the drive was straight forward and easy.Naturally, it's on a goat farm and near a cow farm, so there's a touch of a smell ...

«Very clean, spacious home. Easy to find. We enjoyed our trip very much. 2 good sized tables. We always play board games at night. Dominos this trip. Kitchen was great and unfortunately we didn't get to use the beautiful front porch this trip. No clutter for little boys to get into. It was perfect for us!»

«Quiet, cozy home. The house was very clean and accommodating when we arrived. There were many thoughtful things left for our use if needed. Including kitchen and bathroom items. Plenty of games and movies around to keep us entertained. Everything you would need for showers and bedding and it was clean and ready to use. The beds were very comfortable. The pictures do a great job depicting what is available but what you don't know is how quite and peaceful it is there. The neighbors are friendly ...

«Yard & property not quite as nice as appeared in photos but however it was a really wet spring so tough to use the yard. The bathtub could use replacing it squeaks loudly while stepping & moving around will wake people up in the adjacent bedrooms. A fire pit in the yard would be nice but overall it is a nice clean house & would stay there again location was good for us.»

«Owner was so accommodating and interior was beautifully decorated with special touches like a s’mores tray, a fire pit and dog supply caddy , and a well stocked toiletry tray.»

«This was a clean property with great communication from the hosts. They provided great recommendations for places to visit in the area!»

«Very clean, everything exactly as described. The location is really perfect for visiting south East Seneca wineries, and also very close to watkins glen and west side of Seneca.»

«Best sleep ever! The mattress, pillows, and sheets literally made me dream about checking the brand! I woke up so rested and ready for our vacation! The location was one mile from food and bars. The parking was a struggle for my big truck but we made it work. Only a slight incline walk to the house from the parking lot. Sunrise views and running path my the river were amazing! Would stay again!»
