Price at begining of booking was good ..later ..a lot of surcharges....and the way is set up..we ended..going to wallmart and spend 60 more for bedsheats....because ..we missed on your website some fineprint...warning the customer to get his own bedding....so with the final price we could stay in Microtell next village and not worries about it. «What a wonderful stay at the country cabin! It was for only 1 night but it was perfect! Watching the snow fall while relaxing on the couch with the fireplace was just great! It was clean, neat and had everything you need. We’re already looking forward to our next stay. Our son will be attending Alfred State in the fall so we’re hoping to make this our stay place when we visit!!!»

«We had a great stay! The home was very nice and clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities. There was even coffee and a coffee maker included. We stayed two days to ski at Holiday Valley, and enjoy Ellicotville. We were able to walk to town, it was just under a mile, and there are sidewalks the whole way. I’d definitely stay here again! »

«This home is spectacular! Ideal location in the ‘little lakes’ adjacent to public land. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen/living room is quite large and setup perfectly. The soaking tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. My only nitpick is I wish the grill was propane, only because the temperature outside was in the 20s with 40mph wind. We had such a great stay! Little lakes holiday market was awesome! ...
