«Lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly staff and very clean. Good value for money.
Beds and rooms were small and breakfast service slow (but we were warned of this beforehand!).
We had city view rooms and they were nicer than we expected, as there was a field and partial sea view anyway. There is no air con but good quality fans were provided as standard, as well as a single duvet upon request. A pleasant stay, would recommend it for couples more than friends/family sharing (due to bed ...

«Very enjoyable stay. Excellent staff led by John the general manager, whose welcome is friendly and genuine. Top marks.
Room comfortable if slightly very cramped . Excellent breakfast that used fine local ingredients. Dinner was good too, but a few of the dishes just need a little more finesse to make the Michelin guide.
Overall, strongly recommended thanks to John and his team.»

«This was an outstanding stopover for a couple of nights. A most welcoming hostess, overseeing our visit throughout. The room, although not large, was clean and well maintained, and like the rest of the property spick and span. Breakfast was outrageously generous, both in size and content. The location is very quiet and highly suited to visiting local attractions, being only 5 mins drive from Aldeburgh and 10 mins from Snape, with car parking well provided on site. Thoroughly recommended.»

«Great family room with separate bunk beds for the children. Brilliant breakfast and canapes and staff were great. Only downside was the hot water wasnt working very well so had coldish showers.»
