This beautiful house for 6 people is located in one of the most popular tourist areas of the island, just 100 meters from the magnificent beach of Puerto de Alcudia.

The house, all on one level, is very spacious and fully equipped. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It also features a private pool and several furnished terraces, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

The accommodation has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. There are also two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

The villa is in a prime location, just steps away from everything you might need. Besides the spectacular Alcudia beach, the surrounding area offers a wide variety of services: large supermarkets, a diverse range of restaurants, fashion boutiques, perfumeries, taxi service, car rental, and more. A stroll along the promenade that runs along the beach to the port at sunset is a true delight. There you can enjoy a wonderful dinner at a restaurant overlooking the sea or simply stroll along the peaceful marina.

Air Conditioning:

- The accommodation has two air conditioning units (heating and cooling). One is located in the hallway, serving all three bedrooms. The second unit is in the living and dining area.

Costs payable on arrival not included in the price:

- Tourist Tax (Mandatory)

- Electricity (Mandatory) €0.40/kWh. An initial and final meter reading will be taken, and the amount will be deducted from the security deposit.

- Information for all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport/ID number, issue date, and nationality) must be provided through our platform before arrival.

- Upon departure, it is forbidden to leave trash inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.
