Villa Segue is a charming, single-story country villa located in a peaceful setting in the beautiful countryside of Alcudia, in northern Mallorca. Combining timeless Mallorcan charm with modern comfort, it is the perfect vacation villa for families or guests seeking tranquility near the island’s most picturesque villages and beaches.



The property features a natural stone facade and is set within mature, landscaped Mediterranean gardens filled with olive trees, palm trees, vibrant flower beds, a flat lawn area, and much more. A spacious circular driveway leads to the villa’s entrance and offers ample private parking.



Inside, the spacious living area features white walls, wooden beams, and exposed stone walls, and includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is en suite). All the beds in the villa are new, offering guests greater comfort during their stay. The open-concept living and dining area opens directly onto the garden. The living room is equipped with a new 140 cm Smart TV that supports Netflix. The modern rustic kitchen is bright and fully equipped. There is also an adjacent laundry room.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, sun decks, table tennis, and a barbecue house with a covered dining area—perfect for al fresco evenings. From every corner of the garden, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the countryside and the surrounding mountains, offering a true sense of peace and tranquility.



Despite its rural location, the villa enjoys a convenient location: just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Alcúdia Bay, the charming streets of Alcúdia’s old town, and the vibrant cafés and boutiques of Pollença. Excellent local amenities are close at hand, including supermarkets, traditional markets, fantastic restaurants and cafés, boardwalks, and marinas. Guests can also explore nearby hiking and biking trails, breathtaking viewpoints, and historical gems such as the Roman city of Pollentia and the medieval walls of Alcúdia, making this the perfect base for discovering the best of northern Mallorca.
