  • Our property "Apartamento Sol i Mar" is situated in an unbeatable location, and has spectacular views of the bay of Puerto de Pollensa. The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and one with bunk beds. 1 large bathroom with shower, a lounge with TV with satellite channels, free wifi, and an exterior terrace that opens directly onto the sea. On the terrace you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner listening to the waves of the sea. Here you can also relax reading a book. Free parking on the street.

    Our property Apartamento Sol i Mar is situated in a residential area, away from hotels and crowds of people. Most of the neighbours are people resident in Mallorca who spend their holidays with their family. 2 km away is the Alcudia water park where you can spend a fantastic day with the family. And the historic centre of Alcudia is 2 km away, known for its walls. Muro beach is 3 km away... You can also visit Formentor beach with its spectacular lighthouse, with incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. The city of Alcudia is known for its spectacular walls and a traditional market where you can buy fruit and vegetables.

Excepcional

Beautiful location, with stunning views of the sea and a small beach within a few minutes walk. You can walk to Old Alcudia in about 12 minutes. Monse was fantastic from the moment we booked and was so helpful, always responding quickly to any queries. Thank you for everything Monse 😊

Honestly, there is almost nothing to complain

Honestly, there is almost nothing to complain. The location is beautiful, the view is incredible. Also, having a washing machine and a dish washer was incredibly useful. Only thing to complain about is the equipment of the kitchen. Only expect the absolut bare minimum. Making dinner for 5 people was honestly a bit difficult. Everything else was pretty amazing
