«The cottage as very pet friendly. The hosts had left most of their food and clothing in the cupboards and closets so putting our own clothing and food stuffs away was limited.Other than the above, the cottage was vey comfortable and well located for access to the sandy beach and the lake.The property is completely fenced so pets can safely be let outside and the hosts also provide bags and bin s to get rid of their waste.A nice place for summer getaways.»

The place was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped with everything you could think of from board games and a Wii to Netflix. The open kitchen was lovely, and the space had tons of natural light, which made it feel even more welcoming. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone.»

«The cottage served our large 3-generational family group very well for our Christmas vacation. Upstairs, the bunk bed room and the two beautiful master suites (each with their own bathrooms) was ideal for multi-family use, providing ample space & privacy. The main floor provided large bright open spaces for all of us to gather for cooking, dinning, TV, games etc. We especially appreciated the large mudroom/entry with lots of closet space to accommodate all our winter gear. «He photos are misleading - one feels they are renting a beautiful retreat. It isn’t. The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. «We paid in full in March and arrived the day of check in to find out it was double booked. The owner we talked to said that he didn’t know anything about our booking. So not sure if this falls on Expedia or the property, but messed our vacation right up. We were planning to do Drumheller the next day before continuing south.
