Comfortable & quiet, this home resides in a fantastic neighborhood. Extremely safe part of town that makes accessing all of Albany a breeze!

Close to all major highways making it ideal for anyone needing to travel to Corvallis, Salem, Lebanon and surrounding areas.

Home boasts an open floor plan with two separate living areas with great lighting!

Huge smart TV, High speed Wi-Fi, memory foam beds, Central Air, smart the patio, large fenced yard, outdoor fire pit, on site laundry.

Home is located in an established neighborhood in Southeast Albany that is both quiet and safe. Convenient location gives guests the best of both worlds with easy access to all highways for a smooth trip to neighboring towns as well as all that Albany has to offer.

Bus stops along 34th Street within walking distance of the home, but recommended guests have their own transportation during rainy season!

Property has ring style doorbells and exterior security camera overlooking driveway and home's exits. There are NOT cameras inside the home!

Spacious house

This house is roomy and decent. It has some flaws but is overall very nice. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. I would suggest some cozy blankets to snuggle on the couches.

Beginning with the positive aspects of the rental, it was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was reasonably equipped for our stay. Working with the property owner was easy. However, we were surprised to find the condition of the property to be substandard for the cost incurred. When we arrived the towels were not out of the dryer and put in the bathrooms. There were many doors with cracks or what looked like fist marks in them and cabinet doors missing. It looked like an inexperienced painter had painted the inside of the home recently and the curtains were sheer and not sufficient for privacy. The yard was unattractive but it didn’t impact our stay. Overall, the home still needs a lot of improvements but it was sufficient for purposes of staying close to OSU for graduation weekend.

Horrible experience. I had paid for 1 week stay at property in advance. I was sent the agreement to sign and house info. About 4 days into my stay, the owner shows up at the house, unannounced knocks on the door a few times and decides to let himself in. He told us that our payment didn’t go through and that we needed to make a payment right then or we would have to leave immediately. I tried to send payment via Zelle, cash app and through their payment app. I ended up getting locked out of my bank account and was too late to verify identification in person. We were forced to pack up and go in only minutes

A great place to stay!

We had an amazing time. The house was comfortable and clean. We would love to stay there again! It was a beautiful weekend and a huge part of that was having such a lovely place to stay!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property

The front door lock code being the same as the last four digits of my phone is ingenious. So easy to remember and enter without worryThe host is easy to access and so accommodating. Just a very lovely person. The location of the house in a nice neighborhood allows us to access stores, shopping centers and the Expo center all within 10 minutes of an easy drive.The beds are all soft and wonderfully comfortable to sleep in.There are a few things that I'd like to suggest however.1. Please fix the sliding door to the back yard with more than what is currently there. 2. Add black out drapes to the bedrooms rather than the gauzy drapes that are currently in use. (Costco has some great inexpensive ones.) I brought an extra lightweight cover to hand over the window in my room. The outside Street lights keep the rooms lighter than necessary for sleeping and are a bit worrisome as to what can be seen through the window from the outside.3. Replace the master bedroom door with something that isn't warped.4. Make sure that your house cleaner wipes all drawers and throws away all items found in the dressers (A bunch of lady's underwear was left in one dresser and I washed the utensil drawer that had spaghetti sauce spilled in it.)5. Perhaps add a container of Dawn dish soap for the kitchen so that when we hand wash the dishes, we have soap.I mention these things only as a helpful reference. We do love the house and location and everything else was absolutely great

Very cozy

The house was close to the stadium and very clean. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. We weren't at the house much as we were cheering for games but overall a great stay.

Visit back home

Upon arriving easy entry into house. My son whos in army came home for a vist and daughter is moving back from SD. My house is too small to host so this was perfect. Enough room for us all and the 3 dogs. Quiet neighborhood. Woukd recommend this house. Nothing fancy but very comfortable.

Satisfactory, but the the house and yard needed cleaning

We were happy to find a place to stay in Albany while moving to Corvallis. Overall, because we had dogs with us, the property accommodated very well to our needs, but the yard wasn't clean and the house was not thoroughly clean either (just superficial cleaning). However, the owner was incredibly responsive to our requests and quick to answer to messages we were sending with questions.

Great Stay

We stayed for 4 nights for my son’s OSU graduation. The location is an easy drive to Corvallis and a nice, quiet neighborhood. And, it ended up being a half mile from my other son’s home, so the location was perfect! It was a comfortable, pleasant stay.

Great place to stay

This place worked perfectly for our party. The dog limit made it an accessible place to stay for our dog show and breed specialty. The yard was nice and no carpet was great because of the wet weather. The only thing is the curtains at the front of the house are shear so in the evenings we didn’t feel comfortable changing in the bedroom in the front of the house. We would absolutely stay again if coming back to Albany!

Wonderful stay.

We rented this house for an OHSET meet as our daughter is part of a team. -we loved the flexibility of going in and out. Tag Parents team over the 4 days. -very quiet and relaxing. - very accommodating owners as we had to rent for an extra day at the last minute.

We weren't able to take hot showers. There was hot water in the kitchen and in the sink but not the shower and we tried to reach out to the property management and heard nothing. The house is big and spacious. No lamps, well, there was a lamp in the bedroom but no lightbulb.

We will be back!

Micheal the owner was extremely easy to reach when we had a few minor problems. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and provided a great place to stay. The fenced in back yard for our show dogs to relax in was a super bonus. They stayed clean and safe on the lawn and leaves. We felt very comfortable with the fencing. The fridge was our only concern as there was an occasional small puddle of water on the left side. Micheal came and checked it out. And of course there wasn’t a puddle that time. The beds are large and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the water was hot. The large tv was amazing.. We loved how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt. All the neighbors were friendly and all were quick to wave or say hello. My only suggestions would be to add some inexpensive wine glasses and a few table lamps to offer ambient light and soften the living room a bit and perhaps a large towel rack or two in the bathrooms. We will be booking early next year as we plan on returning to the Albany dog show. Thank you Micheal for providing us with a wonderful stay in Albany. We will be back!
