Communication with owner was brilliant: answered quickly, gave advice on local shops and restaurant and great directions. The villa is easy to find and just a short drive from Agaete, with its restaurants ,shops and natural swimming pool. Stop at Galdar for your shopping with its many large supermarkets . The villa is lovely beautifully furnished , and has everything you would need for your stay . The welcome goodies in the kitchen were much appreciated. The outside area is amazing with stunning views to the hills beyond. There is a large covered area with dining table and heaters and an outdoor BBQ and also a utility room. There are sunloungers and another covered area with tables and sofas where we enjoyed breakfast in the sun every day. There is a small swimming pool which even in Feb was warm enough for a swim and to play water basketball . Short walks take you to San Pedro, a couple of bars & restaurants, coffee plantations offering tours and tastings , and start points to many walks in the hills. The villa is the perfect location for touring the island , just a short drive to the main road that circles the island. We had a great stay and would love to give 5 stars but there are a couple of things to mention: 1. 2nd bathroom is outside the main villa 2. The villa is the bottom floor of a two storey house , and we did have issues with noise and light disturbance from upstairs guests 3. Bedrooms were a little hot and stuffy and as no A/C could be hot in the summer .
