«Zara and Brendan’s home was the perfect stay for our London trip. Their home is well-positioned for travel around the city and beautifully decorated (a “How to Decorate” masterclass for me, personally). Their home was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our group of three. «The house was amazing - we were a family of 11 from Australia (grown up children and their family and us (grandparents). We had a long stay (almost 4 weeks). The hosts ensured we had everything we needed. The location, just near Waterloo and across from Westminster, meant that we were quick to public transport and able to move around both the city and outer areas. "The hotel is a bit worn, but the bathroom was nice and the location close to the airport is convenient. Unfortunately, the restaurant was a very disappointing experience. The £35 burger was one of the worst I’ve ever been served. I would strongly recommend staying away from the restaurant — bring your own food if you need to eat."

"Location was great, 5 min walk from Paddington and Lancaster tube station. Staff at the hotel was very welcoming and service minded. Breakfast I think closed a bit early(09:00), but the English breakfast was good with selection of with or brown bread different jam and a jug of tea or coffee all served at the table. The room was ok size, nice and clean."

"Veldig god frokost. Fin beliggenhet med 2 minutter å gå til buss og undergrunn. Vi hadde rom med ekstraseng/sofaseng og løftet på den og det skulle vi IKKE gjort... Der var det ikke rengjort på leeeenge og lå en gammel swiss ost der + mye annet rusk. Slo den opp når vi dro for å "tvinge" frem en rengjøring. PS: var like drittent under dobbelsengen"
