«Location is near 2 different underground stations and a very large Westfield shopping mall. Like other reviews, the place is hard to find at first but we found it. It's ok inside but has had some water damage on the walls and the furniture is old so really not sure how this is a "refurbished" place. There is no coffee maker but there are cups, plates but we never cooked anything there. We were able to fit 3 teens in the living room using the pull outs. We could not get the TV to work, only ...

«I’m writing this review because when I picked this accommodation it was a new listing with no reviews so I want to help out other travelers. Starting with the positives because there is not a lot: The location of this accommodation is very optimal, very close to St James’s Park station and it is easy and fast to get around to everything you want to do. "Noen ansatte var mer hjelpsom enn andre. Hun ene ansatten der var ikke interessert i å hjelpe med noe som helst, hun tok seg ikke tid til å hjelpe eller forstå hva vi spurte etter. Aircondition på rommet vårt funket veldig dårlig også. Men selve hotellet og området er ganske bra, hotellet ligger veldig sentralt midt i sentrum. Ville dratt hit igjen :)"

"Great place to stay if your going on a weekend trip. Arrived quite late and was greeted by helpful staff at the door. The double nest was big and comfortable Aircondition is a big plus in this heat, but a little downside is that you can not turn it up above 23 degrees, and it was blowing quite cold even then. The pods are quite good sound isolated, you mostly only hear doors shutting on other pods. Otherwise nice and quiet.The bathroom facilities are nice clean with good private shower enclosures. Though they could fill up the hand soap dispensers more frequently, since i only found one that had soap in it during my 2 day stay. Fairly priced. My first stay at a pod hotel and i would do it again at this location."
