«The unit was as pictured on the site. The living, dining and kitchen was very spacious. During the day there is no need for lights. Plenty of room to sit and eat. The kitchen was well stocked with knives, pans, dishes and glass wear. Nice size refrigerator with in door icemaker and water dispenser. Good size TV. Internet work fine. The central HVAC is 2 units 1 for the living area and 1 for the rooms upstairs. The bedrooms each had walk in closets, beds were comfortable and space to move around. ...

«Convenient location, nice to have 3 bedrooms and two baths in Sac, plenty of restaurants and activities in walking distance, good off street parking. However, kitchen is comically ill-provisioned (4 shot glasses but only 2 drinking glasses, 4 forks, no mixing bowls, etc.), rugs are dirty, and king bed frame kept falling apart. »

«Booked this place for an annual conference at the convention center. Home was clean, cozy and stocked with all necessities. Hosts were great and check-in/out was seamless. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the neighborhood is a little rough and traveling as a solo woman the neighborhood got sketchy at times.»
