«The property is beautiful with a nice, north-western view (note that there’s no view to Etna, which is a big minus being in Taormina.) We booked a standard room, which was very small and quite frankly did not meet the standards of an expensive 5-star hotel.
The biggest problem with the hotel, however, is the service. Some of the staff were indeed very professional and friendly, but too many of them were not. Espesically at breakfast: it took too long to order, they forgot what you had ordered ...

«If there was a rating higher than excellent my wife and I would select it for all categories!! The property location was second to none, and the envy of the thousands of tourists passing by the luxurious front gate and vine covered portico. «This Hotel has is all. In my opinion the best location in Taormina, with an unmatched view of the coastline and still just steps away from the beautiful streets of the town. The rooms are fresh and very modern, the amenities are exquisite and the staff so attentive and discrete polite that you really feel you’re a royal in your own castle at this hotel.
