«Service was amazing at this Hotel. Thing was a problem for staff to accommodate. Meals were great and it had the bonus of all day dining so there was never a rush to fit in between hours. This hotel is very central to town with many great eating venues just a stroll away. We didn’t have a car so walked everywhere for our three day break. So much to see and do within walking distance of this accommodation. We can’t wait to come back :)»

«We really enjoyed our 6 nights here. Room was a great size, well appointed and with a lovely view out to the river. Staff were very helpful. The location meant we could easily walk into town as well as providing access to river walks. The general lounge/dining and bar facilities were of a high standard.»

«We stayed for one night in a 'boutique studio' while exploring the Tamar Valley area. We weren't aware that the resort is located in a little Swiss themed village, but it was quite charming - and the candy shop on site is worth a visit. Our room was basic, but had everything we needed and was very clean. The location is convenient for exploring the Tamar Valley, and also close to Launceston. A big minus is that wifi is only available in the hotel lobby and the restaurant. All in all, I would say ...

«Helt greit hotell, spesielt til den prisen. Nært sentrum, kort gåavstand til butikker. Kun en seng med varmeteppe, men det var dyner og ikke pledd. Store rom, men på vårt rom var det stor sprekk øverst i døra, så til tross for varmepumpe, holdt ikke rommet særlig på varmen (vi var her på vinterstid (juli)). Ellers fult utstyrt rom, vi koste oss her.»

«I had a nice view from my window over a park and some parts of town. It was within walking distance of the main part of town and other tourist areas. I went for breakfast around 8.30 and found that there were not a lot of choices for the continental breakfast. I also had to ask for a bowl and spoon, few cups left and food not replenished.»
