«The apartment was fantastic in all ways, particularly the location down on the flatter area alongside the river. The apartment looks out directly across the river. The French doors led out onto a very big private balcony with a sofa and a table and chairs with a parasol. It was easy to get all transport from there to see Lisbon and there were a few mini-mercados within a couple of minutes' walk to get bread and milk and other everyday things. Would definitely book this apartment again.»

«Everything about this hotel/appartment was amazing. The location was so close to everything and we had a very nice view out the windows. They were easy to contact for check in information and gave us a direct line if we needed to contact them during our stay. I was worried about there being no air conditioning but there ...

«Antonio was very nice to accommodate check in after our original flight was cancelled. The location is perfect as far as convenience to restaurants/bars (breakfast and dinner walking distance) as well as having the tram 28 right in front that takes you into the downtown area/stores (tad but noisy but did not disrupt sleep at all).. Yes there's stairs and hills to go up/down but my mom who has some knee joint issues was able to do with breaks. Despite 1 little hiccup, which was communicated with ...

«My experience with this accommodation was deeply disappointing. The customer service was consistently discourteous, and my inquiries were never properly addressed. They do not accept card payments, and after completing the payment, I requested an invoice multiple times without success. When I followed up, I was accused of harassment and subsequently ignored. The property itself does not match the photos presented online. It shows clear signs of neglect, with broken fixtures and a lack of ...
