«La Quinta is a beautiful hotel on the exterior, and set in a quiet residential anrea. Unfortunately, the rooms were in drastic need of renovation, especially the bathrooms. I did appreciate the Mexican tile in the baths, but they probably had not been renovated in Many years. The food was excellent and there were a number of options. «Overall, the property is very nice, clean and peaceful at the time we stayed. Room looks very spacious but the carpet was old and faded. Outdoor amenities are excellent. Food service not good at the Chef's Secret Window. Most of the time it was unattended or nobody there to take orders. Fireside Lounge and Las Brizas Bar has good service and food tasted very good.»

«We stayed three days and the last day was bad. They closed the pool to trim the palm trees and they were not finished till 2pm! That ruined are whole day. Why didn’t they do a section at a time over several days? If not for this I would have given 5 stars. Very disappointed on our last day. »

«Pros - Great place to stay for Indian Well, close to a cute downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet and relaxing. Cons - they must allow pets here, lots of people have their dogs. Great for them, not so great for other people who had to deal with pet hairs, or had allergies to dogs. They tried to keep it clean, but I am sure people let their pets on the bed and sofa, etc...»

«Property was great - just as advertised. The villa was great for our visit to Plam Desert, primarily to watch the tennis tournament. Property owner was easy to work with. The Westin is a great location and the grounds are very nice. We would rent here again.»

«Check in was friendly and helpful. We showed up at 4 and our room was ready. To get your wristband key they send you over to the timeshare counter. The gentleman we got was friendly and I did not find him too pushy. I explained I would not sign up for anything until I saw the whole resort and room and we went on our way.
