«Very good property overall. Nice neighbours in lovely location on PGA West. Music and voice volume rules a bit harsh when we chatted with them (they don't seem overly concerned). Pool pump noise needs to be dealt with (replaced or upgraded) as this was everyone's biggest complaint. Think dishwasher door needs fixing and one pool chair. All else great.»
