«Everything was perfect. From check in to check out! There are four pools and each has its own charm and menu! We spent time at all but the spa. The new Conchilla pool had a great mellow vibe and menu. The room was really nice. We had a king lake view. Great location. The bathroom definitely could use a remodel but it was fine. The bed was firm and comfy nice soft sheets. Dog friendly but bring your own bowls because they are not provided. Lots of activities for the kids but definitely is ...

«Overall, the property is very nice, clean and peaceful at the time we stayed. Room looks very spacious but the carpet was old and faded. Outdoor amenities are excellent. Food service not good at the Chef's Secret Window. Most of the time it was unattended or nobody there to take orders. Fireside Lounge and Las Brizas Bar has good service and food tasted very good.»

«My friend and I were given a room that faced a wall. After expressing our concerns, the constroller manager was able to move us to a golf course view room. Not ideal because the trees block the views, but we appreciate they tried to move things around and made it happend for us. Thank you!»

«We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was wonderful as well. Unfortunately for us we had to leave early because I fell and dislocated and broke my elbow. I am still very angry at myself for this happening. Looking forward to hopefully coming back.
