«Spatious 2 bedroom apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen & living room. Clean and convenient to transport and grocery shopping. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. »

«Such a comfortable and clean space – lots of natural light. The location cannot be beat, in a very quiet neighborhood with some great food options nearby, and just a short walk or tram ride right into the city center.Communication from the host was great – any questions we had were answered super fast!»

«Excellent customer service. Great location. Newly renovated. Only thing I would say is they should have 1. A few more towels 2. an extra pillow or two 3. A few dishwasher tabs to start people off 4. A rip pack or two of laundry detergent to start people off. 5. Box fans for the summer months as there are no ceiling fans or AC. We loved the place all-together! Just a few suggestions for a group to be a bit more comfortable and get started without stressing. »

«This property was the best choice we could have made as a family. Located in a quiet neighborhood, nearby to plenty of dining options, and walkable within 15 minutes to the main area near Lake Zurich. The accommodations were very spacious and airy, clean and comfortable (2 bedroom luxury apartments). The private rooftop veranda was a nice bonus when not raining. Trams pass in front of the apartment making for additional ease in getting around. Train station was a 12-15 minute very easy/flat walk ...

«Me and a friend went to Zurich to go to the Guns N' Roses concert, and wanted a decent sized apartment. Because of our need/want for space, we booked the deluxe apartment at the Apartments swiss star. When we got there, we arrive to a very small apartment (more like hotel room size) on the base floor of the building. Because they had closed at 18:00, we were too late to reach them and mention this. The only person we got through to was some guy at a call-center, probably not even in the same ...

«Lovely apt in a very quiet area. I personally liked the fact that is comfortable for a small family or group of friends, clean and well located if you want to be outside the buzz area. Note that the apt is on 3rd floor by stairs (no elevator) and you can park the car in the street ( it is free after 8PM). The staff is warm and helpful and they quickly respond to any inquiry. I would highly recommend you consider this place in your next stop in Zurich. »
