Ferieboliger i Zürich-sjøen

«Ik was op zakenreis en dit is perfect. Heel ruim appartement, ontzettend proper en alles bij de hand: handdoeken, shampoo, douchegel, .. Enige minpuntje: de douche kan iets beter. Voor mij is dit geen spelbreker, ik kom absoluut terug. »

«We had a nice stay! The hostess was very welcoming and super service-minded. Easy to commute to the center, and calm amd green surroundings - even if the train went by you could not hear it with the windows closed. We would love to come back and stay there again. »

«Nice»

«No staff at all. Room wasn’t cleaned at all, nothing was provided.»

«This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window ...

«The location of the building was close to the tram stop and the area was nice overall. However when we got there, there was some bugs in the room so we had to kill them before we went to sleep and the place was old overall which is fine but it wasn’t super clean.»

«Es ist ein wunderschönes und grosszügiges Apartment mit sensationellem Ausblick, Bad mit Dusche, zwei Toiletten, voll eingerichtete Küche. Allerdings war’s etwas heiss: es gibt keine Klimaanlage nur mobile „Klimageräte“.»

«Did not Get the sofabed ready, so we had to do it on our own. Bad service in my opinion.»

«Fin beliggenhet med nærhet til togstasjonen. Det anbefales imidlertid ikke å bo her på sommeren da aircondition-anlegget er svært begrenset, og rommet ble aldri kaldere enn 26 grader. Vi trodde først det ikke fungerte og kontaktet hotellet, men fikk da til svar at det ikke gikk an å få det kaldere på hotellrommet.»

«The place is convenient, close to the train & bus station. The room is modern with kitchen supplies, good for cooking if you are saving money for food. Generally, it’s clean but i think that day the housekeeper forgot to sweep the floors - it’s dusty. They are strict in check-in/out. You can call help via phone call but no one is around to talk to. You must bring your phone all the time inside the vicinity, otherwise you are screwed. All in all, its a nice decent place to stay.»

«Check- in hat super funktioniert per Schlüsselbox und Code. Ruhige Wohnanlage. Sie befindet sich in der Stadt, da ist Straßenlärm normal.»

«There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time. ...

«Clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen apartment. Very close to the tram & bus station where you can catch no. 9 tram going to Old Town Zurich and no. 14 tram going Zurich HB where you can catch trams to Luzern, Bern, Interlaken and other cities. COOP grocery store is walking distance. There are restaurants and a pizzeria nearby. Laundry in the basement is very convenient if you are staying longer. I’ll stay again.»

«Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment with outstanding views. We found this to be an excellent base to explore the region as well as Brunnen, with swimming in the lake directly across the road. Know before you go: This property is listed as having air con on VRBO, it does not have aircon, it has a ceiling fan. Likely not an issue unless it’s very hot. Also the pet fee - I was not informed about this when I booked but this is an additional 100CHF. Again not an issue and I happily paid it ...
