This comfortable and spacious villa, located in a peaceful Dalmatian village, just few min from historic Dubrovnik and beautiful small town of Mlini enriched with many hidden beaches will take your breath away!
This charming villa can accommodate 10 person on 900m2 plot surrounded with most beautiful garden decorated to the last detail. Main rooms of Villa are located on the ground floor – living room ,dinning room with table and chairs for 10 people, main kitchen, male and female toilet. Kitchen is equipped with cooking utilities and cutlery for 10 person together with dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, baby chair and first aid locker. From kitchen you can enter in laundry where you can find board for ironing with iron, dryer and washing machine.
First floor can accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms .First bedroom have 2 single beds for 2 people, own bathroom and balcony with view on swimming pool. Second bedroom consists of large double bed for 2 people, own bathroom and balcony with view on BBQ and terrace . Third bedroom have large double bed for 2 people, own bathroom and terrace as well. Second floor contain of 2 bedrooms for 4 people. In fourth bedroom are 2 single beds for 2 people – own bathroom. Fifth bedroom have large double bed for 2 people with own bathroom.
On top floor of Villa you can find a gym with equipment for those who want to stay in shape during vacation.
Moving to outside area you can enjoy pool terrace and spacious plot . We are recommending to start your day with breakfast on our terrace which is made from drawings of old Dubrovnik designers from the 13th century. Afternoon time you can spend with drinking cocktails on swimming pool with melodies of local birds or have fun with recreation – playing billiards and table tennis. There is a children playground for the youngest population equipped with a swing, seesaw and slide. We recommend to spend an evening during dinner made on the grill. With bottle of champagne on the lawn under the stars spending romantic moments with your loving person. Villa is surrounded with nature with view on mountains, but for few minutes (10min driving) you can sunbath on one of the beautiful Adriatic beaches and swim in clearest sea on the World.
The pool is heated and allows you to swim and enjoy the colder months.
Villa features an air conditioning in every room.
Guests will have access to: free WI-FI,free parking for 4 cars, private heated swimming pool, SMART TV, washing machine, dryer,dish washer. Open furnished terrace with sunbeds, BBQ facilities, table tennis, billiards,childrenplayground,gym.Baby cot is available and free of charge as other baby equipment on request.
