"Ok hotel. Fin beliggenhet, kort vei til stranda og gode restauranter og spisesteder. Hyggelig service og betjening. Men synes hotellet virker noe under- dimensjonert i forhold til antall gjester, når det gjelder resepsjon og spisested, fullt og trangt…og maten, tallerknene og bestikk ble for tomt. AC på rommet virket ikke, og tenker vel det er mer et 3 stjerners hotel enn 4. Men ok standard og gode senger"

"Worst hotel experience ever. When we arrived for check in we had to wait 3 hours because there was no electricity or power. The first room we got was nothing like the room we were promised from the photos. It couldn’t have been bigger than 8 square meters. We complained and after discussing with the receptionist we got upgraded to a better room. However the next morning we were woken up at 7AM from mound banging noises from the wall right above our heads. Upon further investigation, there was a problem with the safety cabinet, which was located on the exact opposite side of our bedroom wall. It sounded like there was a motorcycle in the entire hallway. Which is not surprising considering the hotel got power from a humongous generator that was standing outside on the street our entire stay. When we complained(again) we were once again met with rude and inconsiderate staff except for one man who decided to help us and upgraded us for a final time to a better room, that finally resembled what we had actually paid for. If you’re thinking of spending your time here, don’t waste your money on the breakfast buffet. It’s incredibly loud and noisy, and super cramped. Lastly I would like to point out that the safety precautions are not in place. There were electrical cords sticking out of the shower walls, and the whole thing with the safety cabinet made us feel really uneasy. Remaining staff were nice and the cleaning ladies did a decent job. I would never consider going back here."
