The room was big and beautiful. Enormous bed. The breakfast was ok. Nice fitness room wit a fabelous view.

We (family of 4; kids aged 15 & 9) stayed 5 nights between Christmas & New Year's Eve - 2 rooms on the 22nd floor (2221 & 2209). We had a very late check-in, but had communicated this in advance to the hotel so this was no problem at all for Reception to handle. We upgraded ourselves to the Club Lounge upon arrival. High end hotel and friendly staff. Good breakfast, but the restaurant personnel were not the kindest.

Oppholdet på Qoya var kort, men veldig fint. Ekstra kudos til de utrolig service-mindet menneskene i resepsjonen som gjorde oppholdet vårt veldig bra!

Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. I really enjoyed the breakfast. A standout was Eirik at the front desk, who was super friendly and helpful. On the downside, the bed was a bit too hard for my liking, and the safe was out of batteries and wasn't functional. The location has its pros and cons. It's very convenient—close to the subway station and with a shopping center right next door. However, its proximity to the airport also means it can be quite noisy.

Fantastic nice room! Really spacious. Really nice, effective and helpful staff. I will gladly come back and stay for a longer period. Recommend to others that will stay in Peridizes, São Paulo. Alliance Parque and great Bourbon Shopping just on opposite side of the street. Reasonable price and and very spacious
