On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (kitchenette with stove, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware), a lovely living area with a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray disc player, a comfortable couch and recliner, a fireplace, and board games; a dining area with a large dining table; a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and towel dryer; and an utility room with a washing machine, ironing board, and clothes rack with clothespins.

Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), two nightstands, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV; the attic room with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), two nightstands, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV; the “children’s room” with two single beds (100 x 200 cm), a nightstand, and two dressers; and a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, towel warmer, and hair dryer.

For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed inside the house, and smoking is also prohibited indoors.
The beach is approximately 500 m away (about a 7–8-minute walk), and the town center is about a 14-minute walk away.
Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is prohibited for insurance reasons; there is no charging station available!

Key pickup for the property takes place at the Zingst Room Exchange by 5:00 p.m.!
