«Amenities and rooms are new. However, the pool was overcrowded with China locals and their kids, making the sauna and steam room a mess. Breakfast buffet with also crowded with China locals and rowdy.»

«Nice»

«I stayed in the Suite at Hotel Indigo Lijiang Ancient Town, and it was truly remarkable. The traditional courtyard is gorgeous, quiet, and feels like a peaceful haven—yet it’s just a 5-minute walk to everything in the ancient town. The suite itself is top-notch: comfortable, spacious, and beautifully designed with local character. From the moment I checked in, the staff's warmth and hospitality were incredible. Unfortunately, a bad hit of altitude sickness meant I was in no condition to enjoy the ...

«beautiful hotel which was a wonderful quiet place to rest very close to the old town, but also easy to reach by car. excellent food. the staff were friendly and kind, Joy and Siven at the front desk helped me feel very comfortable here.»

«Our family stayed for 3 nights in October, and it was a fantastic experience. The location in the old city was great. There were quite a few delicious restaurants nearby, and it was located a short distance from the busy main area, so felt quieter and more peaceful than the main old town streets. The staff were really a highlight. To say they were helpful would be an understatement. Julia was in touch from before we arrived. Helping to coordinate the complimentary pickup at train station and ...

«Such a nice place to stay. The guest house is really beautiful. A very nice entryway with a yard full of nice plants and flowers. The hosts and staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, offering plenty of suggestions about the old town and surrounding villages. They helped us as well finding and organizing the ressources for travelling around to traditional villages and the Snow mountain park. A huge thank you to Roxana and Leo for the wonderful experience.»

«All of the great reviews are real. The staff is very helpful and Amy’s help with our planning was amazing. We even had to leave our power banks at the airport (non CCC) and she got us one delivered to the hotel in a few hours. The hotel’s location is very quiet, but also only a few steps away from the busy old town. It was a perfect combination for us.»

«Access to the hotel needs to be clarified at the lower entrance. And the hotel name - Cloudhaven Retreat (花开花落半山居) needs to be updated. The hotel is using another name right now. »

«I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and came with excellent amenities, including a nice bathtub and a Japanese bidet toilet. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent every day. A special thanks to Ms. Xiao Qing at the reception. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to help us plan day trips to the best spots in Lijiang. Her local tips made our visit much more enjoyable. The highlight was the breathtaking mountain view from the room — a perfect start to each ...

«El personal es increiblemente atento y preocupado por nuestras necesidades durante nuestra estadia. Nos ayudaton a renovar los datos moviles de los celulares con mucho esmero y preocupacion, fue una tarea complicada para nosotros.Sin su ayuda no hubiera sido posible!! Tambien estaban alertas y se preocupados con las excursiones realizadas y las reservas de hoteles. La barrera idiomatica es importante en China!!... con ellos no hubo problemas ,hablan ingles. Muy recomendable! »

«The accomodation is located within Lijiang Ancient Town. Cars are not allowed to drive within the town and so customers will be required to contact the hotel staff to arrange manual trolley transport of the luggage to the hotel as it is about 5 minutes of walking from the nearest entrance. The room was overall clean with an unique interior design aligned with the ancient town. However, was quite disappointed with the check out experience, as my family had requested in advance for the staff to ...

«Excellent séjour au Lanshe Hotel. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins malgré la barrière de la langue. Le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif et la situation de l'hôtel parfaite.»

«A stunning and tranquil hotel located inside the Lijiang Dayan ancient town. The staff are all helpful and polite. They provided snacks and brewed tea during check-in, as well as afternoon tea that was delivered directly to our room. They also offered special services such as laundry and turndown service. It was marvelous that we could see Yulong Snow Mountain directly from our room window. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. My parents really enjoyed staying here. I would definitely ...
