Located in the historic heart of Zaragoza, the apartment is just a 3-minute walk from the Mercado Central and 8 minutes from the iconic Plaza del Pilar. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach La Seo Cathedral, Alfonso I Street, Paseo Independencia, and the popular tapas district of El Tubo. Despite being in the vibrant city center, the street is quiet and residential, offering the best of both worlds.

Thanks to its unbeatable location, nearly all of Zaragoza’s major attractions are within walking distance. If you prefer public transportation, the nearest tram stop and several bus lines are just a few minutes away, offering easy access to the rest of the city and the train station. Whether you’re here to explore, study, or work, this duplex offers the ideal base right in the heart of it all.

The apartment consists of two floors connected by stairs.
The kitchen and living room are open-concept. Both, along with the master bedroom and one bathroom, are located on the first floor.
On the upper floor is the other bedroom and the other bathroom.

There is split-type air conditioning only in the bedroom, two fans in the living room, and heating (upstairs only).

The accommodations are equipped with:

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-paid security deposit.
