Villa Pergola is located in a quiet area, away from the main road. Whether you prefer to spend some relaxing days sunbathing by the pool, explore the vibrant Laganas area which is just 3 km away or explore the hidden gems of the island, our villa is the perfect option for all that.

Villa Pergola covers 130 sq. m. , and can accommodate up to 10 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is equipped with all the modern amenities needed for relaxing holidays, perfect for families with children or a group of friends!

The whole villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, as following:
Master bedroom:King size bed (for 2 guests) - *ensuite
2nd bedroom: Double bed (for 2 guests)
3rd bedroom: Two single beds, which can be merged a form a double bed, if required (for 2 guests)
Moreover, two double sofa beds are also available in the living room area (for 4 guests).

Indoor Layout:
Entering the villa on the first floor there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a Led TV with Netflix & Satellite Channels, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms in total (one is ensuite) and 3 bathrooms.

All the areas of the villa are fully air-conditioned.

Outdoor area:
The delightful outdoor area boasts exceptional pool and mountain views and offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation, which include:
- A 36 sq. m. (4x9,5m) private swimming pool with hydromassage, surrounded by comfortable sun beds & umbrellas
- Fully equipped brick Bbq with fridge
- Outdoor sitting area
- Oudoor shower facilities & WC
- Parking space for cars

The whole outdoor area is fully fenced.

The whole villa is private and used only by the guests.

Private parking is available at the villa.
