Our villa is located in Gaitani area, just 5 mins away by car from Zante town & 8 mins away from Tsilivi beach (one of the best sandy beaches of Zakynthos). Its central location enables you to visit the best spots of Zakynthos from a perfect starting point.

Our villa can accommodate up to 7 guests in total, as following:
Master bedroom (ensuite): King size double bed
2nd bedroom: King size double bed
3rd bedroom: King size double bed

A sofa bed in the living room can accomodate a 7th guest.

Nimar Villa is equipped with:
• High-speed Wi-fi internet all over the villa
• Air-conditioning on all areas
• Smart Tvs
• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils)
• Fresh bed linen and towels
• Washing machine

There is an ample outdoor garden & swimming pool with plenty of space for kids to play and outdoor seating areas & sunbeds.

"flexible" check-in/-out time: we will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the villa for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the villa will usually be ready by 3pm. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the villa if no other guests are arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
