DimArist Residence is a stylish and spacious 3-bedroom apartment,which is spread across the first and second floors, located in the peaceful village of Agios Kirikos, Zakynthos,. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends, this modern residence offers both comfort and privacy, just a short drive from Zakynthos Town and the island’s beautiful beaches.

The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds, making it ideal for up to six guests. An extra double sofa-bed in the living room brings the total capacity to eight guests. Every room is air-conditioned, ensuring a cool and relaxing atmosphere throughout your stay.

The contemporary living room includes a 75-inch smart TV, perfect for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at home, while a modern bathroom and an additional WC offer convenience for larger groups. One of the highlights of the property is the private outdoor jacuzzi on the balcony—a luxurious touch where you can relax under the stars or enjoy the morning sun in comfort.

The Rooms
There is also an environmental fee of 8€/night to be paid upon arrival in cash.
We ask 300€ as a damage deposit,which we collect in cash upon arrival and we return on the departure day in case of no damage!
