The property boasts a 25m² private swimming pool with 1.40m2 depth (can be heated with additional fee), complete with plush sun-beds, a comfortable lounge area, and a charming outdoor dining space. Guests can soak up the sun on the loungers before enjoying al fresco barbecues (portable electric) under the enchanting hues of the sunset. Spanning 100m² of outdoor space, the villa is surrounded by captivating grounds and is conveniently located a short drive from the sea, as well as the restaurants and shops of Agios Nikolaos Bay. Private parking is available on the premises for added convenience. This retreat is part of an exclusive complex, with one other suite nearby, each featuring its own pool and facilities, ensuring privacy while offering luxury.
Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

The atmosphere within is enchanting, blending comfort and style, with a 44’’ smart TV (Netflix available) for cozy movie nights and an appointed open-plan bedroom (no doors) with an en-suite bathroom, creating the perfect setting for a dream-filled getaway. The sensory-designed living room invites you to unwind, with the shimmering pool just outside your window, offering a serene view as you relax on the sofa with a good book. The bedroom also offers direct access to the pool, enhancing the connection between the indoors and outdoors. This exclusive home comfortably accommodates two guests in a King Size Bed (1.80x2.00), with additional space for two more guest to sleep on the 2 available sofa beds in the living room (0.80x1.90). For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request, with our compliments.
