This captivating residence lays in 2acres outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, can be heated with additional fee), also boasting hydromassage features, premium sun-beds & umbrellas. There’s something quite special about this anatolian influenced outdoor settings, rising blooms, private settings, multiple lounge areas, combined with olive trees & the pool glimmering at the center of it all. Sandwiched with beautiful topiary gardens, this charming villa on the edge of Planos is a rural idyll. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area. All bedrooms & Living area have access to the pool area. As a bonus, for our younger guests, our homeowner has designed the “only in villa Play-Tent” for endless play & sleep time. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2 cars outside of the residence premises. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
