«Our hostess was exceptional on communications and the property was all we expected. I have relatives in Yuma and love visiting the desert area. I enjoy the freedom and wide open spaces to explore. The Imperial Sand Dunes west of Yuma are a sight to see but leave your firearm in AZ. CA is like that. Don't forget to visit the Senator's Wash lake, the Yuma Territorial Prison, and the Peanut Patch at 4322 E County 13th St. while you're there. «Our group of 5 (2 adult couples and one 14-year old) stayed 3 nights, and this is our new favorite place in the Lake Martinez vicinity. The house has been completely transformed from when we saw it about 15 years ago. The back deck area is lovely and well-furnished, everything worked well, the furnishings, decorations and amenities were excellent (very comfy bed in the master bedroom!) and we very much enjoyed our stay. «Kitchen was very nice and well stocked. We appreciated the snacks and little extra supplies. The TV in the master bedroom did not seem to work - maybe we didn't know how to use it. The back yard didn't look very good perhaps it was the season. Smaller home but adequate for our needs.»
