«Very friendly and helpful staff, brand new building, and lots of pleasantries includes (food, snacks, drinks (inc beer). Also, the included breakfast is very extensive and good, catered to personal needs. Highly recommend this hotel! Thanks a lot for the good service and pleasant stay. »

«Room was very clean except for the suede sofa (there were a few old stains on it). Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops. «Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily.»
