«Came to CA for a concert at the amphitheater in Wheatland. Needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights and everything within a 30 mile radius was outrageously priced. This Bungalow was the only place reasonably priced so we took a chance. It’s less than 15 minutes from the venue. The surrounding neighborhood looked a little sketch upon arrival but we never felt unsafe the 2 days we were there. The bungalow was cozy and comfortable for 2 people. «We wanted to go fishing in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area but needed a place where we could park our boat safely and a place that would also let us bring our dog. This rental fit our needs perfectly and was even better than described. We have rented quite a few places over the years and this was one of the nicest by far. «We had no good experience with this place. The cottage wasn't ready even when we arrived late. The next day the shower wasn't working and we had no hot water for a long while. We were traveling with a toddler so the lack of water made everything more complicated. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine because the cottage wasn't ready on time, but the overall experience is still bad.»

«The house was spotless. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The pool/spa/slide/grotto and entire backyard were amazing, entire group loved it. The large front room was great for gathering a big group. The location was secluded which is exactly what we wanted. We would absolutely stay there again.
