«The hotel looks new and in a prime area in Charlotte downtown. Everything was walkable and convenient. The staff were super helpful, and the room was extremely nice. The amenities like shampoo and soap were included in the king bed suite with a kitchen included. Breakfast is included and had a decent variety with eggs, sausage, and tortillas for Mexican style food. The laundry is a little pricey at $3 each for wash and dry ($6 total), and they only take quarters. You can ask the front desk for ...

«Photos looked nice, but the reality of the room did not match them. The room was clean, but overall the room felt outdated, in decor, paint, TV, and especially the bathroom. The faucet in the bathroom makes no sense whatsoever. «The staff at the desk in the evening and morning were quite friendly. We came in late and tired and the woman behind the desk suggested before we check in to go have the food they were offering since it was going to end soon. It was macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, and pulled pork sliders. Delicious and unexpected. We appreciated the advice. Our room was neat, clean and very comfortable. Some things travelers may want to know: limited tv channels, air conditioning wasnt super efficient but we were comfortable, no hair dryer, very limited breakfast options.
